Değerli Misafirimiz;

İşbu aydınlatma metni, veri sorumlusu sıfatıyla hareket eden Erboy Turistik Tesisler İşletmeciliği ve Ticaret Anonim Şirketi (“Erboy Hotel İstanbul ”) tarafından, 6698 sayılı Kişisel Verilerin Korunması Kanununun (“KVKK”) 10. maddesi ile Aydınlatma Yükümlülüğünün Yerine Getirilmesinde Uyulacak Usul ve Esaslar Hakkında Tebliğ çerçevesinde konaklama yapabilmek için gelen değerli misafirlerimiz hakkında hazırlanmıştır.

Konaklama esnasında paylaştığınız kimlik bilgileri (ör: ad, soyadı, TC kimlik numarası, pasaport numarası, doğum tarihi, plaka bilgisi sizinle beraber kalacak kişilerin kimlik bilgileri) iletişim bilgisi (ör: Telefon numarası, e-mail adresi), ile sınırlı olan kişisel verileriniz sunulan konaklama hizmetinde veri sorumlusunun hukuki yükümlülüklerini yerine getirebilmesi, müşteri memnuniyetin sağlanabilmesi ve otel konaklama kaydınızın oluşturulması amacıyla işlenmektedir.

Söz konusu paylaşacağınız kişisel verileriniz KVKK’nın 4’üncü maddesinin (1) numaralı fıkrası gereğince “a) Hukuka ve dürüstlük kuralına uygun olma b) Doğru ve gerektiğinde güncel olma. c) Belirli, açık ve meşru amaçlar için işlenme. ç) İşlendikleri amaçla bağlantılı, sınırlı ve ölçülü olma. d) İlgili mevzuatta öngörülen veya işlendikleri amaç için gerekli olan süre kadar muhafaza edilme.” İlkeleri doğrultusunda doğru ve güncel olmalıdır. Doğru ve güncel olmayan kişisel verilerin işlenmesi oluşabilecek uyuşmazlıklarda ilgili kişi sorumludur. Diğer işleme faaliyetleri kapsamında kalan kişisel verileriniz ise, KVKK’nın 5. maddesinde yer alan, “kanunlarda açıkça öngörülmesi”, “veri sorumlusunun hukuki yükümlülüğünü yerine getirebilmesi için zorunlu olması” ve “ilgili kişinin temel hak ve özgürlüklerine zarar vermemek kaydıyla veri sorumlusunun meşru menfaati için zorunlu olması” hukuki işleme sebeplerine dayanarak kısmen veya tamamen bir veri kayıt sisteminin parçası olmak kaydıyla otomatik olan ve otomatik olmayan yollarla işlenmektedir. Söz konusu kişisel veriler, ileride çıkabilecek hukuki uyuşmazlıklarda delil olarak kullanılabilmesi amacıyla hizmet aldığımız hukuk bürosuna ve yetkili kamu kurum kuruluşlarına aktarılabilecektir.

Kanunun ilgili kişinin haklarını düzenleyen 11. Maddesi kapsamındaki taleplerinizi, “Veri Sorumlusuna Başvuru Usul ve Esasları Hakkında Tebliğe” göre Hoca paşa, Ebussuud Cad. No:18 Fatih/İstanbul adresine yazılı olarak gönderebilir veya info@erboyhotel.com e-posta adresine iletebilirsiniz.

This lighting text is prepared by Erboy Turistik Tesisler İşletmeciliği ve Ticaret Anonim Şirketi (“Erboy Hotel İstanbul ”) according to the 10th section of the Law on Personal Data Protection No. 6698 within the scope of the Notification Regarding the Procedures and Principles to be Followed in Fulfilling the Obligation of Lighting about the accommodation cards necessary in order to make accommodation.

The personal data you share through the stay limited to identification information (name, surname, TC identification number, passport number, name, surname and TC identification number of the people staying with you, birthdate, identification type, date and number, occupation, permanent address), contact information (e.g., phone number, address, e-mail address,) necessary information in order to make payment (credit card information) and company information data are processed in order to fulfil the legal obligations of the data controller and establish your hotel accommodation.

The personal data you will share in question must be accurate and up to date in line with the principles of; Pursuant to paragraph (1) of Article 4 of the KVKK, "a) To comply with the law and the rule of honesty b) To be correct and up-to-date when necessary c) To be processed for specific, explicit and legitimate purposes ç) To be associable, limited and proportional for the purpose of processing d) to be kept for the period stipulated in the relevant legislation or required for the purpose for which they are processed” The data subject is responsible for any disputes that may arise from the processing of incorrect and outdated personal data.The personal data in question is processed in automated or non-automated ways in accordance with the 5th Article of the Law on Personal Data Protection based on legal reasons of "explicit envision in the law", "being mandatory for the data controller to fulfil their legal obligation" and " being mandatory for the benefit of the data controller, provided that the data controller does not harm the basic rights and freedoms of the data subject" provided that it is partly or entirely part of a data recording system. Your personal data will be transferred to authorized state institutions and organizations if requested.

Your requests within the scope of Article 11 of the Law on Protection of Personal Data, can be conveyed in accordance with the "Notification Regarding the Application Procedures and Principles of Application to Data Controller" through writing via the address Hoca paşa, Ebussuud Cad.
